The control of goods is based on a temperature control process adapted to each type of product, ensuring that the “chain of cold” is not broken. For this purpose, we have set up an application process in all our services:

Control When Loading, Temperature check of  each pallet in the loading bay.

En-Route Control. The driver performs three daily checks for the whole journey, and makes a note of the values in each check.

Control When Unloading. Checking the temperature of the load in the unloading bay.

Every driver is trained to apply this process and has a thermometer which has been calibrated according to an approved and regularly reviewed model, as well as a route record to note down all comments relating to the service and the load.

The goods control process is registered and documented in our quality system as a guarantee that it will be complied with and correctly applied in every service.
