In THCSA, the responsibility for quality is shared by the whole team, (with particular commitment from the management) year after year, providing all necessary resources and training to comply with the official approvals we have received.

UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015. In July 1998, THCSA decided to review its working systems in all areas of the company in order to comply with a quality standard for service companies, with the following objectives:

• To detect deficiencies in the operation.
• To adapt procedures and rectify incidents.
• To gather and classify key information relating to the services rendered.
• To guarantee the best possible service for our clients.
• The implementation process has given rise to a Quality Manual which includes the tasks to be performed by each department and, of course, the General Management.
• The implementation of this Manual has caused specific control records for drivers to be used. Some examples are maintenance records, loading, en-route and unloading control, as well as the coding and calibration of all temperature control thermometers according to an approved model.   
• This system has recently been adapted to the new standard.

Brothers Transport Corridor in 2009 signed its accession to the Social Pact for the Environment, an initiative of the Directorate General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, which since its inception, have signed numerous companies and groups in the Region of Murcia.

With the signing of the Social Pact for the Environment, Brothers Corridor undertakes to comply with certain conditions affecting the working methods of the company with the objective of promoting sustainable development.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SOCIAL PACT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The aim of the Social Pact for the Environment is to establish an operational framework that allows:

• Companies, institutions, organizations and groups in the region can contribute to sustainable development commitments voluntarily acquiring environmental responsibility beyond the limits required by applicable law.
• Environmental efforts to obtain the proper permit social recognition and where competitive advantage.
• The encouragement of a coordinated manner to create a virtual space of information on sustainable production and consumption.
